Facebook Page Admin Role Shifts

Facebook made some minor changes to the Facebook Admin roles that a page can grant.

The note from Facebook:

We’ve made a few updates to the names of Page roles. Managers are now called admins, content creators are editors, and insights analysts are analysts. Keep in mind that only the names of these roles, not what they can do, have changed.

There are 5 different types of roles for people who manage Pages. Only an admin can change someone’s role.

Why the change?  Who knows! Just be aware of it and use the new lingo!

Nothing really stands out in the shift.  Content Creator is now gone.
