Outline of Question and Answer Time Period from the Webinar:

Q. I thought if you had a GOLD TabSite plan you won’t have the branded Tabsite / Digital Hill footer at the bottom of each fan page.

A.  That is correct.  You can turn off the TabSite branding in any paid package by going to the Account Information area in the TabSite Manager and clicking the Footer Manager.

Q. Wondering: Can you embed a Slideshare presentation in a TabSite tab?

A. With the Gold TabSite plan you can easily embed other code and widgets via the html view.  Yes, Slideshare videos can be embedded, Flickr Galleries, Google Maps and more.  This allows you to greatly expand your Facebook Page content.

Q. (Via Twitter #tabsite) How do you get rid of the tabsite icon logo on the left of the page where tab names are like Cold Stone Creamery did?

A. Yes, with the TabSite Gold Plan  you have ability to add a new 16 x 16 tab icon image via the TabSite Manager. You simply upload the icon and it replaces the TabSite “T”.

Q. (Via Twitter #tabsite) How do you ghost an image?

A. This was in reference to a “ghosted” Non-Fan image on www.Facebook.com/GrandLuxxe .  We simply used PhotoShop to recreate the image with a masking effect, then add the Facebook “Like” text on top of the ghosted image.  This gives visitors a chance to see what is behind the “Like” and to entice them to “Like” the Page to see full content.

Q. Do you have a White label Fan Page program for your App?

A. We offer a Partner Program currently with over 400 Partners as part of the program.  TabSite Partners receive a custom url for their sign-ups and any sign-ups via their url gives them a 20% recurring Commission on that TabSite for the life of it.  We do not have a pure White Label manager area.  This is on our roadmap for the future.

Q. How many images can you add to each PhotoShow?

A. Each PhotoShow allows up to 12 images.  So if you need more, we recommend you create PhotoShow tabs or sub-pages and have different PhotoShow’s by type of category on your Fan Page.

Q. Within any of your paid packages can you do shopping on the Tab without leaving Facebook instead of just links out to a website shopping cart?

A. Currently, we do not have a full-fledged e-commerce system in TabSite.  However, we do have that on the roadmap so that one day you will be able to use TabSite as a full e-commerce solution on Facebook!

Q. (Via Twitter #tabsite) – Do you have any examples of collecting emails with mailchimp or other e-mail platforms on Facebook?

A. We currently offer full integration with Delivra, Mail Chimp, and Constant Contact sign-up forms.  We know that AWeber html code also works.  Here are exampleson Facebook:

Delivra Fan Page:(click on e-mail sign-up tab)

Petango Fan Page

Digital Hill Fan Page (click on Constant Contact Tab or AWeber tab)
